Hot Yoga Classes
Total Body and Mind Relaxation
Although the traditional hot yoga classes are typically called “Bikram yoga” which consist of 90-minute classes and a series of 26 postures designed to increase your heart rate and tire your muscles. Our classes, on the other hand, are 60 minutes of uniquely blended asana (poses) and flows held in a heated room, ranging anywhere from 95-100°F. The heated room is designed to increase perspiration, which will help flush toxins from your body, creating a cleansing and detoxifying experience. We strongly recommend pre and post flow hydration.
Inferno yoga instructors will take you on a journey, creating flows, whether gentle or powerful, that will challenge you both mentally and physically. Flows are designed with in intent of synchronizing breath with movement, moving from one asana to the next as fluidly and gracefully as possible. By focusing on breath and movement with the combination of a heated room, our hot yoga classes are aimed to warm and lengthen your muscles, allowing for a deeper release in your body, mind, and soul.
Recommended for anyone at any experience level, our hot yoga classes inspire a certain magic that comes with practicing the same pose at different levels of ability. At inferno, we believe that it is all about the journey, making it practice, rather than perfect.
