Training for the Whole Body!
There are 3 major components to an effective exercise routine:
- Strength Training
This hour long class addresses all three of these in 20 minute segments. Twenty minutes of cardiovascular work using aerobics, the step or taking it outside; followed by 20 minutes of strength training – a fast paced, total body weight workout using bars, dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls and more; followed by 20 minutes of yoga.
