Have you ever wondered what would happen if your daughter found herself in an unsafe situation on campus?
Walking alone, navigating parties, dealing with pressure, or handling someone who won’t respect boundaries.
Most young women are never taught how to recognize red flags, trust their instincts, or respond under pressure.
That’s exactly what this camp prepares her for.
Through realistic self defense training and real-world scenarios, she’ll build the awareness, confidence, and skills to navigate college life more safely and confidently.
Awareness & Red Flag Recognition
She’ll learn how to stay aware in real-world environments like dorms, parties, parking lots, and public spaces, so she can recognize danger early and avoid situations before they escalate.
She’ll also learn the common tactics predators use to test boundaries, isolate targets, and manipulate trust, so she knows when something feels off and what to do next.
Boundary Setting & Confident Presence
She’ll learn how to use her voice, set firm boundaries, and carry herself with confidence in uncomfortable situations.
From saying “no” clearly to handling pressure and unwanted attention, she’ll develop the voice and presence that makes her harder to target in the first place.
Physical Self Defense & Real-World Scenario
She’ll learn simple, effective self defense techniques from Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing to escape grabs, create space, and get to safety.
And through realistic scenario training, she’ll practice responding under pressure so she doesn’t just understand what to do, she trusts herself to do it.

• WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
This program is designed specifically for girls ages 16–22 (high school juniors, seniors, and college students). It creates a safe, empowering environment where young women can learn practical self-defense skills tailored to real-world situations they may face on campus or in everyday life.
• WHAT WILL MY DAUGHTER ACTUALLY LEARN?
Participants will learn proven techniques from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing, including situational awareness, verbal de-escalation, striking and blocking fundamentals, escapes from common grabs/holds, and ground defense strategies. The focus is on practical, easy-to-apply skills that build confidence and quick decision-making under pressure.
• HOW LONG IS THE CAMP
The College Prepped program is a 2 day intensive course. Classes are held at our Inferno Martial Arts location in Bentonville. Specific days and times will be confirmed upon enrollment.
• WHAT SHOULD SHE WEAR?
Comfortable athletic clothing is recommended (yoga pants, shorts, t-shirts, etc.). No uniform is required. Students should also bring a water bottle. We provide all training equipment.
• IS THIS PROGRAM SAFE FOR BEGINNERS?
Yes! The program is beginner-friendly and taught by experienced, certified instructors who prioritize safety and proper technique. Every student progresses at her own pace in a supportive, non-intimidating environment. No prior martial arts experience is necessary.
• WHO ARE THE INSTRUCTORS?
Inferno's instructors are all professionals and we will also have Law Enforcement Officers part of the educational program.
