NO GI JIU JITSU
Our No-Gi class is open to both beginners and advanced students. In this class, you will learn how to apply traditional Jiu-Jitsu techniques without the Gi, focusing on takedowns, control, and submissions against opponents who aren’t wearing a uniform.
No-Gi training is typically faster paced than Gi Jiu-Jitsu, making it an excellent workout while also sharpening your timing, agility, and technique.
